Born in Taiwan and fluent in Mandarin, Ken immigrated to BC, Canada with his family when he was 13, he attended high school in South Surrey. Having first picked up a golf club at age 10, Ken competed as a junior through high school, playing in multiple High School Fraser Valley championships. Ken also played in numerous CJGA events, where became the individual champion of the 2005 CJGA Fall Series At Belmont.
Ken earned his bachelor of Nursing Kinesiology degree at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. He worked at ASU Sun Devil Fitness Center as weight room manager. Meanwhile, also worked at athletes’ performance facilities in Arizona as a performance coach and personal trainer.
After his days in Arizona, Ken decided to come back home in 2012. He teamed up with a former CPGA “teacher of the year” and multiple PGA of Canada golf instructors to open an elite golf academy here in Surrey. Ken worked for elite golfers from PGA and European LPGA tour players to competitive junior athletes who received golf scholarships from major universities in the United States and Canada.
Ken has been running his own coaching business for over 10 years (Previously called Ken Performance). Ken’s extensive experience includes working with professional and college athletes in many fields including PGA, LPGA, MLB, NBA, NFL, NCAA athletes in Canada and the United States.
What separates Ken as a coach is a mentality of competing that he models while working with athletes and highly motivated individuals. He believes in combining his knowledge and education in kinesiology with his golf experience to approach sports performance from a holistic angle. He really understands how to put them together along to coach effectively. Ken’s passion is to influence a high-performing lifestyle and process orientation, helping his students to adopt a better, productive life and enjoy the journey.
Personal Trainer | Nutritionist | Weight Loss Specialist
Born in Surrey , Khloe is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Weight Loss Specialist dedicated to helping busy women get fit! She takes a holistic approach to coaching, focusing on life-long results rather than quick fixes.
Her training philosophy is centered around making fitness simple and maintainable—especially for those juggling demanding careers and busy lifestyles. If you’re looking to gain strength or lose weight without restrictive dieting, Khloe provides a personalized approach for your unique goals.
When she’s not coaching, you can find Khloe exploring the outdoors, journaling, or experimenting with nutritious recipes in the kitchen. She believes that fitness should be a non-negotiable that empowers you to feel confident, energized, and capable in every aspect of life.

Since then, Henry has competed in PGA-sanctioned events across North and South America, and has also participated in Q-Schools for the DP World Tour and the Asian Tour, where he narrowly missed earning status on both circuits. His professional highlights include:

Performance Coach
Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Endor Campbell has been a competitive athlete his entire life. From the moment he could walk, he was kicking soccer balls, swinging baseball bats, and throwing footballs. Be it basketball, field lacrosse or volleyball, Endor has enjoyed collaborating with other athletes to support them in achieving success.
Endor combines together a unique mixture of athletic experience and practical knowledge from his diploma in Kinesiology to build personalized fitness plans for each client’s specific goals and needs. Outside of his time at Ambition,
Endor is a firefighter at Vancouver International Airport. His intense training and certification have helped develop his discipline, adaptability, and leadership skills to serve his community.
